Tim is a qualified teacher and youth worker who
specialises in personal and group development through the medium
of outdoor education and adventure activities.
He offers a variety of courses, ranging from half
or full day team building events to guided walks, navigation training
courses, adventure weekends and wilderness based expeditions to
the Scottish Highlands and islands.
Tim offers a variety of courses, all of which are
based around using the outdoors as a vehicle for personal and group
development. The following are examples of some of the courses available.
Activity based sessions e.g. climbing, canoeing, walking, orienteering.- Half or full day team building events.
- Problem solving and development training.
- The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award.
- Alternative curriculum programmes for schools.
- Wilderness based expeditions.
- Outdoor education elements of GCSE PE.
- Group residential visits.
Learning environments range from school classrooms
and local venues to the wilder environments of the Forest of Bowland
and the Highlands of Scotland.
Tim can also help with corporate staff development
needs, ranging from Team building and Basic Expedition Leader Awards
to advice about outdoor courses and training.
