Bleasdale Cottages are a group of recently converted holiday properties nestling at the foot of Fairsnape Fell in the Forest of Bowland. Originally built as part of the farm and now newly accredited as 4 star self catering accommodation, the cottages provide the perfect base for a walking holiday, cycling holiday or any short break in the Bowland Forest.

Robert and Anne Gardner are the owners of Lower Fairsnape Farm and have a strong interest in conservation. In 2000, they planted 9.8 Ha. of native woodland and have been encouraging new habitat for wildlife and wading birds such as Lapwing, Curlew, Snipe, Redshank and Oyster Catcher that all breed on the farm. Locally, there is also a healthy population of Brown Hares.

Robert and Anne have created scrapes for the wading birds, conservation walks and a wildlife lake with brown trout, and have built a bird hide with disabled access from which visitors can enjoy the wildlife.

The heating system takes the form of an environmentally friendly, carbon-neutral wood pellet boiler.

The cottages include M1 and M2 disabled access accommodation.
